6x Energy Savings

Just 15.1% of the power (9kw vs 59.5kw)

Eco-friendly / Energy savings

The Purigo Orchard Spraying Robot uses just 15.1% of the power (9kw vs. 59.5kw) and consumes 6 times less energy while delivering the same spraying performance. Purigo achieves unprecedented energy savings and successfully transitions to eco-friendly, electric-powered technology.

49.5% Weight Reduction

Reduction by 49.5% (from 1395kg to 705kg)

Eco-friendly / Energy savings

Purigo’s energy-saving technology is driven by the best key engineering innovations. Fossil fuel-based powertrain and central blower system, the sprayer’s weight is reduced by 49.5% (from 1395kg to 705kg), further enhancing operational energy efficiency.

Technology for the future-innovation has now arrived in agriculture

Through autonomous operation, it minimizes harmful pesticide exposure to humans, enhancing safety during work. Despite these technological advancements, the robot remains economically priced, comparable to existing equipment, ensuring broad market accessibility.

Independent
Nozzle System

Reducing energy waste

The distance between each spray nozzle and the target crop is significantly minimized, and an independent blower system for each nozzle replaces the traditional integrated system, reducing energy waste.

Safe use

Ultrasonic and collision sensors & Cameras

For safety, ultrasonic and collision sensors are installed front and rear to prevent accidents, and a control box is positioned for easy maintenance. Front and rear cameras enable manual operation via remote control when needed.

Remote Control System

Through devices like monitors or mobile phones, real-time monitoring of the movement location and status information of unmanned spraying robots via autonomous driving is possible online.

'Purigo' - Unmanned Pesticide Control Robot

PCT International Application(24.08.13 PCT/KR2024/012067 All PCT Member States),
Pesticeide Spraying Device – Patent(23.10.24/PATENT-2023-0142644), Design(23.10.27/DESIGN-2023-0042183)

Unmanned Pesticide Control Robot ‘Purigo’ (pronounced ppurigo) is a Korean word meaning ‘to spray’, ‘to spray pesticides’, and is the name of the robot.

For tunnel and ‘T’ shape trees.

For standard round, spindle and radial shape trees.

.

The distance between each spray nozzle and the target crop is significantly, so it can reduce energy waste.

A control box is positioned for easy maintenance.

It has contributed to environmental protection by reducing the weight of products and minimizing the use of plastic and pesticides.

.

Front and rear cameras enable manual operation via remote control when needed.

On October 30th Design Improvements

* It will have its first demonstration at the KIEMSTA exhibition.
* Improvements: 200L of front trunk space, ultrasonic and collision sensors for safety, front and rear cameras for via remote control
